Frazier Rehab Institute (Frazier) is a progressive, comprehensive rehabilitation system providing therapy to patients of all ages and diagnoses in acute care, inpatient, and outpatient rehab settings. The new, 15-story, state-of-the-art Frazier Rehab and Neuroscience Center houses Frazier’s 135-bed, acute inpatient rehab hospital in the Jewish Hospital Medical Campus in downtown Louisville, KY. Along with medical care and rehab nursing, this rehab hospital offers physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapies, pulmonary rehab, psychology, and neuropsychological testing services.
Frazier has a large network of over 20 outpatient rehab sites in Kentucky and southern Indiana. Physical therapy is offered at all locations. Occupational therapy, speech therapy, athletic training, and psychology are offered at select sites.

Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital is a 331-bed acute care community hospital located in south Louisville, KY where compassion is just as important as leading-edge technology. Our Lady of Peace, one of the nation’s largest private, nonprofit psychiatric hospitals, treats patients with emotional, behavioral and psychiatric disorders, chemical dependencies, developmental disabilities, and brain injury. This facility and its dedicated professional staff offer an array of treatment options for children, adolescents and adults.
This hospital’s experienced multi-disciplinary team of professionals is coordinated by attending psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, teachers, activity therapists, behavioral analysts, intervention specialists, occupational and speech therapists, chaplains, and mental health workers. Physical therapy is provided on an as needed basis.
Given its unique mission to serve children and adolescents, Our Lady of Peace offers an accredited, year round school to continue their education while hospitalized. Vocational rehab services are also available for patients interested in pursuing further education or job training.

Southern Indiana Rehab Hospital (SIRH) is a comprehensive, 60-bed inpatient rehab hospital located in New Albany, IN. *SIRH is a Jewish Hospital Health Network partner, jointly owned by Frazier Rehab Institute, Clark Memorial Hospital and Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services. SIRH provides acute and skilled inpatient rehab, day hospital, outpatient rehab, and contract services to local hospitals. Along with medical care and rehab nursing, SIRH offers physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapies, pulmonary rehab, psychology, and neuropsychological testing services to patients of all ages and diagnoses.
Therapy teams at SIRH implement block scheduling for inpatient rehab to ensure consistency with treatment staff and with communication to all members of this team including patients and their family. The hospital features Independence Square, which recreates familiar community settings like a grocery, bank, and an automobile so patients can relearn functional skills for daily tasks upon discharge.
